Prep Shrimp:

Return the shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the sauce ingredients and toss everything together. Allow the sauce to heat through and coat the shrimp and vegetables, about 2 minutes.Finish & Serve:
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions, and serve immediately over steamed rice or noodles.
